Cruise on the River Seine
FBO’s can explore Paris and all its iconic beauty whilst cruising on a FLP privatized boat for a one-hour cruise down the River Seine. Wired audio guide translation is available in the lower part of the boat, next to each station in 14 languages (including: English, German, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, French, Arabic, and Hindi). A new smartphone audio guide is also now available to FBO’s by downloading the QR code available on the upper deck for an immersive journey to the heart of Paris (available in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Russian and Arabic).
Please note, headphones are not provided, FBO’s must bring their own to benefit from translation available).
Please be aware, this activity is accessible to wheelchair users (using Lower deck only).
Kindly choose your preferred activity and ensure punctual arrival. Transport cannot be held for late arrivals, and activities cannot be swapped.
We will include more detail regarding what time and where to arrive onsite.
Visas & Travel
Requirements on Arrival
Travelers are required to have the following documents upon entering France:
A valid passport issued less than 10 years before and valid for at least 6 months after your departure date
A valid visa, if required
Any document providing details on the profession or the capacity of the travelers as well as on the establishments or organizations located in France which are expecting you, if you are on a professional trip
Note:
Each FBO is an independent business owner and therefore does not have any insurance coverage through Forever Living Products. The FBO is responsible for ensuring they have sufficient travel and medical insurance to protect themselves against anything that may go wrong and to cover any third-party claims arising in connection with the incentive trip, including, but not limited to, injury, sickness, (or death), medical and other emergencies, damage to personal property, and any expenses associated with cancelling or cutting short their trip, missed transport or delayed departures for reasons beyond their control.

Child’s Pass
An event for the whole family!
Qualifiers can purchase a child’s pass for each child under 18, including those who are 2 years and younger. Age is determined by the age they will be at the time of the event. Adult children aged 18 and older will not be able to attend any of the Forever organized activities during your FGR25 stay.
Note: Childs’s passes cannot be refunded.

Opt-Out Allowance & Cancellation Policy
If a qualifier is unable or wishes to not attend the FGR25 event in Paris, they can submit an opt-out request to the Home Office. Cancellations may be for any reason including health, visa refusals, or personal circumstances. Country offices are tasked with collecting and submitting this information to the Home Office. Please ensure you allocate sufficient time to gather the necessary information.
Opt-Out Deadline: January 29th, 2025
Refunds
Who qualifies for a refund?
Qualifiers that have pre purchased a Non-Qualifier ticket may receive a refund.
Deadline: request your refund by 14th February 2025. Tickets will be available at the arena the day of for purchase.

90 Days from Start of Event
Qualifiers may choose to opt-out of attending a Global Event, for any reason, by taking a cash allowance if selected, at least, 90 days prior to the start of the event.
For the Global Rally, this cash alternative will be US$2,500
Qualifiers must advise their Country Office, at least, 90 days prior to the start of the event. And in turn the Country Offices, should send Sonia a clear list of these FBO’s to include, FBO ID number, first name and last name. Qualifiers will receive their cash allowance in the week of the respective Global Event. Global Event qualifiers gift bags will only be awarded to those who attend the respective event in-person.
All Forever Global Rally Qualifiers will be entitled to receive their earned gift money, based on their qualification level, whether they chose to attend the FGR event or not. Qualifiers will receive their earned gift money in the week of the respective Global Rally via their country office.
60 Days from the start of the Event
If the Qualifier does not have all registration details confirmed in the Event Registration System, it will be assumed that they are not attending and the attendance will be cancelled, unless otherwise communicated to Sonia via globalevents@foreverliving.com. Anyone requiring a travel visa will be required to state their visa appointment date. If this is not confirmed Country Managers will be advised and their urgent attention is required to ensure that visa appointments are made. If a Global Event Qualifier is unable to attend for approved reasons (such as visa refusal or emergency medical reasons) then the Qualifying FBO’ship is entitled to the above cash allowance amounts. Confirmation of non-attendance by the Country Office must be made, at least, 30 days prior to the start of the event.
30 Days from start of event
If, for any reason, a Qualifier cancels their attendance after this date, the Country Office will be billed for the Qualifier’s full-attendance costs.
Will I still receive my Chairman’s Bonus Check?*
Yes! Chairman’s Bonus awards will be announced privately during the event in Paris and we will do our best to keep you involved virtually.
Chairman’s Bonus award money will be deposited into your bank accounts following the Global Rally event.
